Do I need to print the journals?
I always recommend printing to avoid extra screen time and make tracking easier, but if you don’t have access to a printer, you can absolutely fill them out digitally.
When do I schedule my Zoom session?
You can schedule it anytime after making your purchase! I’ll send you an email with a scheduling link. Just be sure to book your session shortly after your 7 days of journaling for the most accurate guidance.
Can I skip days of tracking?
For the clearest picture of what’s affecting your digestion, it’s best to track for 7 consecutive days, as skipping days can make it harder to see patterns and understand how your habits impact your body.
What if I’m not sure what to write?
There’s no “right” or “wrong” here. Just jot down the details and any changes you notice in your digestion or mood. The more detailed you can be, the better.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule as long as it’s at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you have any questions about scheduling, please don't hesitate to email me!
Will I be able to ask other questions during our meeting?
